Your diverse responsibilities

• You play a central role in the further development of our telemedicine platform and work closely with our development team.
• You own the complete patient journey – from the first interaction to treatment or re-invitation.
• You analyze the needs, feedback, and behavior of our patients and identify concrete improvement and innovation potentials, driving implementation with the team.
• You also get hands-on, whether it is tracking bugs, solving technical problems, or optimizing processes.
• You are responsible for all patient-relevant features – from prioritization in the backlog to clear communication of requirements, decisions, and progress to all relevant stakeholders.

You fit well in this job if

• You enjoy shaping and improving patient experiences – and have initial experience in direct customer communication as well as a good basic understanding of UX.
• You are motivated to take responsibility, work hands-on, and familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You have studied economics, industrial engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• You have already gained 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in product management or comparable roles.
• You are a team player and enjoy cross-functional communication with developers, users, and other colleagues.
• You speak fluent German (C1) and English (C1).
