Job Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the entire internal IT operation at Ocumeda: laptops, smartphones, servers, networks, security.
• You manage our SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, Monday.com, etc.) and ensure smart integrations, automations, and clear processes.
• You manage onboarding/offboarding processes for employees, including setup, rights management, licenses, etc.
• You ensure all colleagues can work without disruption, securely, and efficiently—from IT security to tool optimization.
• You work closely with the CTO, gradually taking responsibility, and sustainably developing our internal IT.
• You maintain clear documentation and think ahead—from IT policies to data protection to technical preparations for audits in collaboration with our regulatory team (MDR, ISO 27001, etc.).
• You are the first point of contact for technical questions—hands-on, solution-oriented, and always with an open ear for colleagues.
• You take long-term responsibility for the technical connection and integration of our B2B partners into our platform and system landscape (occasional travel approx. 10%).

Candidate Profile

• You work reliably, trustworthily, and with a strong sense of security awareness—we handle sensitive health data.
• You are not afraid of responsibility and like to build, automate, and optimize structures.
• You are comfortable with macOS, Windows, networks, VPNs, and IT security—and tools like MDM, Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, Jira & Co. are no foreign concepts to you.
• You are pragmatic: you want things to work and think in solutions, not silos.
• You enjoy working in a startup environment—with speed, personal responsibility, and freedom to shape things.
• You may have experience in regulated industries (e.g., Medtech, Health, Finance)—not mandatory but a bonus.
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
