As an IT Operations Manager (m/w/d), you have a holistic view of our internal IT infrastructure and ensure that our colleagues can work without disruption – from device management to SaaS tools to security. You think in systems, bring structure to processes, and never lose sight of the users. You take on long-term responsibility for the technical connection of our B2B partners and are a central interface in Ocumeda's digital ecosystem.

You are responsible for the entire internal IT operations at Ocumeda: laptops, smartphones, servers, networks, security.

You manage our SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, Monday.com, etc.) and ensure smart integrations, automations, and clear processes.

You manage onboarding/offboarding processes for employees including setup, rights management, licenses, etc.

You ensure all colleagues can work without disruption, securely and efficiently – from IT security to tool optimization.

You work closely with the CTO, gradually take on responsibility, and sustainably develop our internal IT.

You document thoroughly and think ahead – from IT policies to data protection to technical preparation for audits in collaboration with our Regulatory team (MDR, ISO 27001, etc.).

You are the first point of contact for technical questions – hands-on, solution-oriented, and always with an open ear for colleagues.

You take long-term responsibility for the technical connection and integration of our B2B partners into our platform and system landscape (occasional travel approx. 10%).

You work reliably, with trustworthiness and security awareness – we handle sensitive health data.

You are not afraid of responsibility and enjoy building, automating, and optimizing structures.

You are comfortable with macOS, Windows, networks, VPNs, and IT security – and tools like MDM, Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, Jira & Co. are not foreign to you.

You are pragmatic: you want things to work and think in solutions, not silos.

You enjoy working in a startup environment – with pace, responsibility, and room for design.

You may have experience in regulated industries (e.g., Medtech, Health, Finance) – not a must but a bonus.

You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
