In your internship in the area of Strategy & Growth, you will work directly on strategic initiatives, growth projects, and partner development. Together we shape the development of our platform – from market analysis to the implementation of new ideas.
Your tasks include:

- Analysis & Strategy Development: Creation of market and competitive analyses, identification of growth opportunities
- Presentations & Decision Templates: Preparation of pitch decks and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Growth Projects: Support in the conception and implementation of strategic initiatives for partner acquisition and development
- Process Improvement: Co-design of internal processes to scale our business model
- Independent Subprojects: Responsibility for smaller projects with high visibility in the company
You Fit Well for This Job If
- You are in an advanced phase of your studies (at least 4 semesters) in economics, management, strategy, health economics, or a comparable field
- You enjoy analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and communicating them clearly – ideally with experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- You work structured, independently, and solution-oriented
- You are eager for an agile environment with lots of responsibility and room for your own ideas
- You are available for 4–6 months
- You reside in Munich or are willing to be regularly on-site at the office. Occasional home office possible.
