You want to be part of a fast-growing MedTech startup that digitizes ophthalmology and facilitates access to preventive care for thousands of people? In your internship in the area of Strategy & Growth, you will work directly on strategic initiatives, growth projects, and partner development. Together we shape the build-up of our platform – from market analysis to implementation of new ideas.

Your tasks include among others:

• Analysis & Strategy Development: Creation of market and competitive analyses, identification of growth opportunities
• Presentations & Decision Documents: Preparation of pitch decks and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders
• Growth Projects: Support in the conception and implementation of strategic initiatives for partner acquisition and development
• Process Improvement: Contributing to internal processes to scale our business model
• Independent Subprojects: Responsibility for smaller projects with high visibility within the company

You are a good fit for this role if:

• You are in an advanced stage of your studies (at least 4th semester) in economics, management, strategy, health economics, or a comparable field
• You enjoy analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and can communicate this clearly – ideally with experience in Excel and PowerPoint
• You work structured, independently, and solution-oriented
• You are excited about an agile environment with a lot of responsibility and room for your own ideas
• You are available for 4–6 months
• You reside in Munich or are willing to be regularly on-site in the office. Occasional home office possible.
