In your internship in the Strategy & Growth area, you will work directly on strategic initiatives, growth projects, and partner development. Together we shape the development of our platform – from market analysis to the implementation of new ideas.
Your tasks include, among others:

- Analysis & strategy development: Creating market and competitive analyses, identifying growth opportunities
- Presentations & decision templates: Preparing pitch decks and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Growth projects: Supporting the design and implementation of strategic initiatives for partner acquisition and development
- Process improvement: Shaping internal processes to scale our business model
- Independent sub-projects: Responsibility for smaller projects with high visibility in the company
You fit well in this job if
- You are in an advanced degree program (at least 4th semester) in Economics, Management, Strategy, Health Economics, or a comparable field
- You enjoy analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and can communicate these clearly – ideally with experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- You work structured, independently, and solution-oriented
- You enjoy an agile environment with a lot of responsibility and room for your own ideas
- You are available for 4–6 months
- You are based in Munich or willing to be regularly present in the office. Occasional home office possible.
