Your role at Ocumeda

As a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) at Ocumeda you play a decisive role in acquiring and developing our business relationships. You respond to the needs of our partner opticians and develop tailored solutions that drive both their success and that of our company. Your experience, implementation strength and communication skills are crucial to establishing our service with a wide range of partner opticians and end customers.
  • You fully identify with our mission to make a sustainable contribution to preventive healthcare and eye health and inspire others with your personality and passion.
  • You identify potential key customers and win them for us.
  • You further develop existing customer relationships.
  • You independently conduct contract negotiations and conclude contracts.
  • You always keep your finger on the pulse of the market.
  • You work closely and cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams.
  • You contribute your own impulses and share your experiences and successes to support team development.
  • You live our values in your daily work.

What you bring

  • Experience in optometry, medical technology or healthcare, ideally with vocational training or a degree (e.g. optometry, health sciences, business or a related field).
  • Professional experience in account management or sales management.
  • Proven success in customer acquisition, support and business development (e.g. roles at a contact lens company, eyewear or device manufacturer).
  • A structured, data-driven and focused working style; you are used to managing your sales territory.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (min. C1) and English skills (min. B2).
  • A valid driving license class B.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 80%) and residence in eastern Germany (e.g. Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden or surrounding areas).
