As a Data Platform Owner (m/w/d), you are the driving force behind our data platform, making data accessible and usable for all Ocumeda colleagues. You take responsibility for our Metabase data platform, develop data models, create how-tos and workshops, enabling all colleagues to work independently with our data.
- You are the owner of our Metabase data platform and continuously develop it into a central, reliable, and intuitive self-service tool for all teams
- You create data models and structures that enable easy, secure, and consistent access to data
- You document and explain complex relationships understandably, empowering colleagues to create analyses and dashboards independently
- You ensure the data quality of our dashboards to provide our teams with a reliable basis for decisions
- You work with SQL and, if necessary, maintain and develop our data pipelines around Redshift
- You act as a “Data Enabler” for the entire company, aiming to enable everyone at Ocumeda to work data-driven
Du passt gut zu diesem Job, wenn
- You enjoy building data infrastructure and self-service analytics rather than just delivering queries
- You have experience with SQL and data warehouses like Redshift
- You have ideally worked with Metabase or similar tools
- You can explain complex topics in a way that everyone understands and like to empower colleagues through documentation, training and best practices
- You speak fluent German (Level B2 or better) and business fluent English (C1)
- You value data quality and consistency and strive to make data a reliable basis for decision-making
- You want to take responsibility in a startup environment, build structures, and create sustainable designs
