You will train and support our partners and customers (e.g. opticians) to best offer and improve our telemedical service. You will be the central contact person for our partners and customers on site, showing your interpersonal skills. You will creatively help shape our operational processes to scale our quality. You will independently lead projects to success. Acting as the interface between our customers and our tech team, you will contribute your own ideas to our product.

You are a good fit if you are an optician or master optician, possibly already experienced in ophthalmology. You have a very good overview of the optician industry in Switzerland. You are ready for about 20% fieldwork. You have a strong intrinsic motivation to make a difference and seek meaningful work. You enjoy traveling to customers and partners on site. You are a networker who likes communicating with various stakeholders (opticians, doctors, software developers). You speak fluent German, French, and English and can offer at least 50% capacity. You hold a driving license.
