Die mio42 GmbH develops, in collaboration with the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, the so-called "Medical Information Objects (MIOs)", which are the digital solution to urgent problems in healthcare communication. We standardize the medical content of electronic patient records so that these can be exchanged across software and sector boundaries between medical practices, hospitals, many healthcare actors, and patients. Relevant health information of a person, such as vaccination status, is thus uniformly available to all participants. We contribute to improving patient care through digitalization.
