Working Student - Clinical Partnership Management
We are looking for a working student to support the development and expansion of our clinical partnership activities. You will be part of a motivated, interdisciplinary team and help build structured processes for reaching and collaborating with clinical partners.
Your tasks
- You will handle initial written contact and follow-up calls with potential partners and actively contribute to building and developing the department.
- Initial written contact with potential clinics, primarily by email.
- Developing and adapting outreach texts and communication strategies.
- Telephone outreach (proactive and reactive).
- Researching and identifying suitable cooperation partners.
- Maintaining and documenting contacts in the CRM system.
- Supporting the setup of structured processes.
- Contributing to the strategic development of the partner network.
- Evaluating the measures and strategies implemented.
- You have 12–15 hours per week available.
About you
- You are a enrolled student, ideally in health management, business administration, digital health, public health or a comparable field of study.
- You feel comfortable approaching new contacts by phone and proactively reach out to people.
- You independently manage follow-ups, work reliably and stay on important topics.
- You have very good written German skills.
- You are strong in communication and present yourself professionally and empathetically.
- You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner.
- You are confident with common office tools; CRM experience is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team and collaborating across disciplines.
- You are willing to take responsibility and actively help shape processes.
- You are interested in hybrid healthcare delivery and mental health.
