mentalis is a German digital mental health company, spun out of Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg. We deliver hybrid care that combines clinically validated therapy apps with regular therapeutic tele-sessions, focusing on accessible, evidence-based aftercare and rapid support to help people regain stability and wellbeing.
Our programs & mission
We develop and provide medically certified and evaluated programs to bridge gaps in routine mental health care. Core offerings include Nachsorge (aftercare after inpatient treatment), CareNow (rapid support for young people aged 13–21) and Resilience+ for adults. mentalis partners with clinics and health insurers to make care available quickly and without long waiting times.
