Support Manager:in
This is a part-time, permanent position based in Germany (nationwide) with a modern office in Nuremberg and the possibility to work from home.
Your responsibilities
- Handle support requests received by email, WhatsApp or our telephone hotline
- Communicate competently and empathically with prospects, clients and contractual partners
- Act as a point of contact for general questions about our products and services; identify, handle and follow up on issues and assist in finding solutions
- Work closely with IT, Psychology and Sales teams to process incoming requests efficiently
- Ensure a high level of service and support quality
- Carefully document requests, processes and solutions in the relevant systems
- Support continuous optimization of service and support processes
- Monitor and evaluate registrations and enrollments and prepare corresponding overviews and reports
About you
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in customer service, support or an assistant role is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic manner
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- High service orientation and organisational skills
- Confident use of digital tools and MS Office applications
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with different specialist departments
