This is a part-time, permanent position based in Germany (nationwide) with a modern office in Nuremberg and the possibility to work from home.

Your responsibilities

  • Handle support requests received by email, WhatsApp or our telephone hotline
  • Communicate competently and empathically with prospects, clients and contractual partners
  • Act as a point of contact for general questions about our products and services; identify, handle and follow up on issues and assist in finding solutions
  • Work closely with IT, Psychology and Sales teams to process incoming requests efficiently
  • Ensure a high level of service and support quality
  • Carefully document requests, processes and solutions in the relevant systems
  • Support continuous optimization of service and support processes
  • Monitor and evaluate registrations and enrollments and prepare corresponding overviews and reports

About you

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in customer service, support or an assistant role is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic manner
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • High service orientation and organisational skills
  • Confident use of digital tools and MS Office applications
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with different specialist departments
