Partnership Development Manager

Your role
As a member of the Partnership Development team you will work closely with the head of Partnership Development and act as a central interface for reaching out to new cooperation partners (clinics and health insurers). You will mainly take responsibility for written initial contact and telephone follow-up with potential partners and actively contribute to building and further developing the department.
- Written initial contact with potential partners, primarily by e-mail
- Development and adaptation of outreach texts and communication strategies
- Telephone contact (proactive and reactive)
- Research and identification of suitable cooperation partners
- Maintenance and documentation of contacts in the CRM system
- Support in building structured processes within Partnership Development
- Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Clinical Partnership Management)
- Participation in the strategic development of the partner network
- Evaluation of implemented measures and strategies
About you
- Commercial vocational training or a degree in health management or a comparable qualification
- Experience in Business Development, Partnerships or similar roles is an advantage
- Empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment of relationship management
- Very good written expression in German and a professional manner in written contact
- You enjoy making phone calls and handle conversations professionally, empathetically and with assertiveness
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident use of common tools (e-mail; CRM systems are an advantage)
- Interest in building new processes and structures
- Team spirit and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Interest in digital solutions for mental health and a desire to actively promote their use
