Partnership Development Manager

Your responsibilities
As a member of the Partnership Development team you will work closely with the head of Partnership Development and act as a central point of contact for reaching out to new cooperation partners (clinics and health insurance companies). You will be primarily responsible for initial written contact and telephone follow-ups with potential partners and will actively contribute to building and further developing the department.
- Initial written contact with potential partners, primarily by e-mail
- Developing and adapting outreach texts and communication strategies
- Telephone contact (proactive and reactive)
- Researching and identifying suitable cooperation partners
- Maintaining and documenting contacts in the CRM system
- Supporting the establishment of structured processes in partnership development
- Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g. Clinical Partnership Management)
- Contributing to the strategic development of the partner network
- Evaluating the measures and strategies carried out
About you
- Commercial training or a degree in health management or a comparable qualification
- Experience in business development, partnerships or similar roles is an advantage
- Empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment of relationship management
- Excellent written German language skills combined with a professional written appearance
- You enjoy telephone communication and conduct conversations professionally, empathetically and with assertiveness
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Confident use of common tools (e-mail; CRM systems are an advantage)
- Interest in building new processes and structures
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Interest in digital solutions for mental health and a desire to actively promote their use
