Operations Associate (m/f/d)

Your role

As part of our Operations team you will work at the interface between clients, tele‑psychologists and internal processes. Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the recruitment of tele‑psychologists
  • Organising enrollments into our programs
  • Serving as the point of contact for our tele‑psychologists during operations
  • Co‑managing our client hotline
  • Contributing to the further development of our processes and structures

About you

  • Completed degree in psychology or a related field (e.g. Applied Psychology, Gerontopsychology or similar)
  • Interest in digital healthcare
  • Structured, reliable and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
  • Initial experience in healthcare, coaching or recruiting is a plus but not required
