As part of our Operations team you will work at the interface between clients, tele‑psychologists and internal processes. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the recruitment of tele‑psychologists
- Organising enrollments into our programs
- Serving as the point of contact for our tele‑psychologists during operations
- Co‑managing our client hotline
- Contributing to the further development of our processes and structures
About you
- Completed degree in psychology or a related field (e.g. Applied Psychology, Gerontopsychology or similar)
- Interest in digital healthcare
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
- Initial experience in healthcare, coaching or recruiting is a plus but not required
