You will take operational responsibility for our partner clinics, both on-site and remotely. You will be solely responsible for your own clinic portfolio and will manage the implementation of our hybrid follow-up programs in the clinics. You will maintain communication with various professional groups within the clinics and actively identify potential obstacles in collaboration. You will develop action plans to optimize usage and independently implement these plans. You will co-design processes, build sustainable structures, and proactively contribute ideas for development. You will work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and active participation.

Minimum of a completed degree in health management or a comparable qualification. Experience in the clinical field or in managing clinics is an advantage but not a prerequisite. Empathy, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in relationship management distinguish you. You work structured, carefully, and solution-oriented. You bring team spirit and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration. You have an interest in digital health applications and want to actively promote their use. You independently manage the care of clinics.
