You will work operationally with our partner clinics – both on site and remotely – and manage your own portfolio of clinics. You will independently and purposefully drive the implementation of our hybrid aftercare programs.
In close coordination with different professional groups, you will identify collaboration challenges at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions. You will analyze usage potential, derive concrete measures and implement them independently.
You will actively contribute to the further development of our processes, create sustainable structures and proactively bring in your ideas. You can expect a dynamic environment with plenty of room for innovation and shaping the service.
About you
Completed studies in health management or a comparable qualification.
Relevant professional experience is an advantage, ideally in the hospital sector or in the context of clinic cooperations.
Empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment of relationship management characterize you.
You work in a structured, proactive and solution-oriented manner.
You bring team spirit and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
You are interested in digital health applications and want to actively promote their use.
You live in North Rhine-Westphalia and are willing to travel and regularly visit our partner clinics on site.
