Youll work directly with Sales and our Product + Engineering teams to shepherd pilot customers through the full launch process, ensuring seamless onboarding, rapid feedback loops, and delivery excellence.

What youll do
Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
Partnering with sales, product, and engineering to align on scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
Develop customized implementation plans tailored to customer needs and use cases.
Proactively managing project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
Continuously improving implementation frameworks, documentation, and workflows to drive scalability and efficiency.
Acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams to surface feedback and inform product improvements.
Supporting early-stage customer success initiatives and building foundations for a repeatable, high-touch delivery model.
Must-have experience
3+ years of experience in implementation management, solutions delivery, or technical onboarding roles.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects with external clients.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep attention to detail and a passion for process design and optimization.
Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, or B2B software deployments.
Startup or early-stage company experience is a major plus.
Compensation Range: $160K - $210K
