Job Overview

Mailchimp's navigation and search products are designed to enhance the user experience by improving discoverability and usability within the platform. The Navigation & Search team at Mailchimp focuses on creating a scalable navigation system and enhancing search capabilities. Their goal is to improve the discoverability of key features, reduce churn, and drive adoption of underutilized features like forms, automations, and new marketing channels. As the Product Manager for Navigation & Search, you will redefine the user experience to enhance discoverability and user satisfaction within the Mailchimp platform and the “Get & Grow” jobs across the Intuit Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Define and shape the product vision for navigation and search functionalities.
  • Lead the development and optimization of features that improve user search results and navigation flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and analytics to integrate AI-driven solutions.
  • Analyze user data to refine navigation and search solutions for better user engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Is experienced in search optimization within product management.
  • Has experienced improving information architecture and navigation to drive business outcomes while increasing discoverability and customer sentiment.
  • Can balance customer needs and business outcomes to drive desired results.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Brings clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities and consistently demonstrates initiative with limited oversight.
  • Has a customer obsessed mindset - The ability wear the customer’s hat at all times and be a customer advocate first.
