Job Overview
The Senior Strategy and Operations Manager for Service Partnerships will work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to develop partner strategies, define operational frameworks, and execute initiatives to drive growth. This role blends strategic planning, analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and operational efficiency. Collaboration will span leaders in Sales, Partner Development, Marketing, Product, and Finance to build a premier service partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Partner Strategy & Planning:
- Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning aligned with company goals.
- Develop and refine the Ideal Partner Profile and segmentation model to focus resources on impactful relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and internal data to find growth and expansion opportunities.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Program Development:
- Design, launch, and manage scalable GTM programs tailored for service partners, including co-selling and referral initiatives.
- Work with Partner Marketing and Sales Enablement to create training materials empowering partners.
- Ensure smooth GTM execution with clear processes and communication.
- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:
- Manage operational rhythms including pipeline reviews, dashboards, and quarterly reviews.
- Identify and streamline partner process inefficiencies.
- Own partnership technology stack ensuring business support.
- Performance Measurement & Analytics:
- Define and track KPIs like partner-sourced revenue, customer acquisition, and satisfaction.
- Maintain dashboards for insights and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct ROI analyses to guide program investment decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Advise senior leadership and build collaborative relationships across teams.
- Manage complex deal negotiations involving partners.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic or operational roles such as business operations, sales strategy, GTM strategy, or management consulting.
- Experience with channel/service partnerships in B2B SaaS or technology is preferred.
- Proven track record designing and measuring strategic programs and GTM initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with Salesforce proficiency; BI tools experience is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholder influence.
- Outcome-driven with ability to move between strategy and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position in New York is $164,000 to $221,500 annually, with eligibility for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits according to company plans. Compensation is based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location, with ongoing pay equity adjustments.
