The Group Product Manager defines and executes the multi-year strategy for Mailchimp’s data and audience intelligence platform to deliver performance, personalization, and growth at scale. This leadership role is central to Intuit Mailchimp’s future, with responsibilities including defining and delivering the CDP and Audience Management platform, leading AI-forward product vision, creating seamless migration experiences, and building foundations for real-time omnichannel personalization at scale.
The role leads the team to make Mailchimp an intelligent and impactful marketing platform where AI does the heavy lifting and delivers immediate results to all businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own the First Principle of Segmentation by reimagining segmentation to be human-centered, intent-driven, and natural-language friendly. Eliminate technical jargon with AI-driven interpretation to simplify marketer's thinking. Build intuitive and fast interactions.
- Drive immediate performance gain by designing the Zero-to-Segment Experience delivering instant value upon first data import. Automatically analyze data and propose valuable segments, ensuring seamless migration performance improvement from other platforms.
- Lead the AI-forward, done-for-you mandate by embedding Generative AI and System Learning Models (SLMs) in workflows to improve workflow speed and targeting accuracy autonomously. Transform segmentation and audience building into a done-for-you experience.
- Establish scalable and consistent foundations with a unified audience nomenclature across the Intuit ecosystem. Drive consistency in design, performance, and experience for SMBs and mid-market users.
- Mandate performance as a design requirement by partnering with Engineering and Data Platform leaders to ensure the CDP and segmentation engine are real-time, reliable, and performant even with large volumes of data.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire product managers while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and data-informed decision making. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive platform outcomes and business impact.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience including at least 3 years in a leadership or Group PM capacity focused on data, platform, or audience intelligence products.
- Hands-on expertise in Customer Data Platforms, data warehousing, identity resolution, and real-time data streaming.
- Proven success delivering Audience Management and Segmentation experiences that combine simplicity, automation, and scalability for mid-market. Demonstrated experience with AI/GenAI product innovation and integration of LLMs or ML models.
- Strong focus on creating seamless migration experiences from competitors with immediate reward.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering on data models, APIs, and scalability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred; MBA or strategic experience is a plus.
Compensation includes pay for performance rewards, cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
