About the role
As a (Senior) Project Manager for Clinical Digitalization Projects you will work closely with clinical teams on-site at our innovative client hospitals in the German-speaking region. In this role you are responsible for guiding new customers through the implementation phase so they become satisfied long-term users of our software. You will support your colleagues working in hospitals and turn them into enthusiastic Kumi fans. Over time you will help ensure consistently high customer satisfaction and expand product use with existing customers. The long-term satisfaction of our hospital customers is the success of you and your team. Within Kumi you will quickly take on leadership responsibility for other physicians and medical students and collaborate closely with the founding team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing implementation projects at new customer sites from a clinical perspective and ensuring smooth delivery within agreed timelines
- Continuously optimizing the implementation process and contributing to the creation of training and marketing materials
- Supporting hospitals in the transition to digital working and convincing initial skeptics with strong communication skills
- Acting as a close clinical contact for medical teams while serving as an interface to commercial stakeholders to secure project success for all parties
- Filtering customer requests, identifying valuable ideas for product development and balancing internal and external stakeholder requirements
- Driving daily change in hospitals and within our company through your work
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of clinical processes from experience working as a physician in a hospital
- Several years of project experience, e.g. in the context of digital projects
- Previous experience in consulting, IT, user support or change management is a plus
- Strong affinity for IT and digital ways of working
- Confident demeanor combined with enthusiasm and strong communication skills
- Persistence and the ability to stay focused on goals during challenging project phases
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
