About the role
As an IT Project Manager you will work in tandem with our medical project managers. They are responsible for clinical processes and change; you are responsible for technical implementation, integration and stable operation.
Your responsibilities:

- Technical consulting and support for our client hospitals
- Installation, administration and technical project management during initial platform implementation
- Close collaboration with and technical advising of our internal teams, especially the medical project leads
- 1st- and 2nd-level support with a focus on sustainable solutions
- Analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, especially at interfaces
- Structured preparation of error reports and system behavior for our development team
You will work close to practice while keeping a focus on clean systems and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or degree in computer science (e.g. IT specialist, medical informatics) or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in healthcare, ideally in IT support, project management or software rollouts
- Basic understanding of hospital information systems and connected subsystems
- Experience administering Windows servers
- Knowledge of HL7 is a plus but not required
