Your job at Syntax
You have a talent for organization and keep an overview even when several packages arrive at once. As part of our office team you will ensure that all shipping and hardware processes in our Berlin office run smoothly — from onboarding boxes for new employees to returns to our partners. The position is available immediately for 20 hours per week.
- Receive and dispatch deliveries in and from the Berlin office
- Create shipping labels for all shipping processes
- Prepare and ship hardware & onboarding boxes for new team members
- Coordinate and track hardware returns — track incoming devices, remind about outstanding returns and organize returns to service providers and suppliers
- Support hardware exchange processes for defective devices
Qualifications
- Conscientiousness: You are reliable and responsible — punctual shipments and careful tracking are important to you.
- Organizational talent: You enjoy working independently and keep an overview, especially when handling multiple tasks at once.
- Communication: You speak and write excellent German and ideally also have good spoken and written English skills.
- Flexibility: You are available on short notice and can work 4 days × 5 hours or 5 days × 4 hours per week. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday should always be covered.
