Responsibilities

We are looking for an organized working student to join our office team and ensure smooth handling of shipping and hardware processes at our Berlin office. The position is available immediately at 20 hours per week.
  • Receive and send deliveries to and from the Berlin office
  • Create shipping labels for all outbound processes
  • Prepare and ship hardware and onboarding boxes for new team members
  • Coordinate and track hardware returns: monitor incoming devices, send reminders for outstanding returns, and arrange return shipments to our service providers and partners
  • Support hardware exchange processes for defective devices

Qualifications

We are looking for a careful, organized, and communicative person who is flexible in scheduling.
  • Reliability and conscientious working style — punctual handling of shipments and careful tracking
  • Organizational talent — able to work independently and keep an overview when managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and spoken German; spoken and written English is a plus
  • Availability to work short-term and either 4 days × 5 hours or 5 days × 4 hours per week; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday must always be covered
