Responsibilities
As Senior Growth Marketing Manager you will own lead generation and elevate it to the next level. You will develop end-to-end funnel and CRM strategies to convert leads into sales-ready opportunities using measurable, test-driven approaches and strong stakeholder management. You will work closely with your team and other departments to ensure sustainable growth and run successful campaigns.
- Build and scale lead channels: Create new lead channels beyond classic performance marketing (e.g. job boards, referral programs, communities, events, partnerships). Scale existing channels through structure, process optimization, budget logic and clear responsibilities while aligning priorities with Sales, Product, Operations and Management.
- Monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC): Reduce CAC through smart lead acquisition, good pre-qualification and efficient handovers.
- Design lead funnel and CRM management: Shape the entire lead funnel from lead capture to CRM flow and correct distribution to sellers, defining routing logic, SLAs and lead scoring.
- Marketing and sales collateral: Develop content across the funnel (top–mid–bottom) and manage target-specific materials such as flyers, one-pagers, landing pages, sales documents and FAQ material.
- CRM marketing: Build strategic email nurturing flows, segmentation, trigger flows, reactivation and handovers to Sales to systematically qualify prospects and drive conversions.
- Reporting, analytics & testing: Monitor relevant marketing and sales KPIs, analyze open/click/response and appointment rates, run A/B tests on funnel elements, landing pages and email campaigns, document hypotheses and learnings, and prepare weekly and monthly reports and decision templates for C-level.
Qualifications
You have several years of experience in growth marketing (B2C or B2B lead growth, performance or CRM marketing) and ideally have owned funnels end-to-end. You have proven success building and scaling lead channels and experience reducing CAC and CPL. You understand funnel architecture and processes from lead capture through qualification, CRM and routing to Sales handover. You are experienced with CRM systems and email automation (segmentation, triggers, nurturing, reactivation). You are analytically strong, KPI-oriented, continuously testing and deriving learnings, and able to prepare C-level-ready reports and recommendations. You bring a hands-on mentality, prioritise effectively and take responsibility for revenue and campaigns. Excellent German language skills (native or C1/C2) in spoken and written form are required.
