Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration & Test Technician — Full time in Harwell, United Kingdom. Responsible for assembly, integration and testing of hardware systems and subsystems to meet design and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to drawings and work instructions.
- Integrate subsystems and perform system-level integration.
- Execute functional, electrical and environmental tests and document results.
- Troubleshoot, debug and repair assemblies to meet specifications.
- Maintain test equipment and follow safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Relevant technical qualification (e.g. NVQ, HNC) or equivalent experience in manufacturing/test.
- Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, and hands-on testing.
- Knowledge of test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters) and reading engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and ability to record test data accurately.
