As the People & Workplace department, we confidentially advise, accompany, and support our employees and managers. We ensure the current and future needs for skilled workers and also help design an efficient and effective organizational structure and processes. Our People Business Partners form the bridge between the organizational units of gematik and the specialists in our department.
Your tasks
- You develop and implement formats for the use of flexible and open work environments and plan and conduct workshops and training sessions.
- You collaborate with various departments to understand and implement their needs and requirements.
- You support change processes and create an inspiring and productive work environment.
- You evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to support the digital work culture.
- You promote a modern corporate culture based on collaboration and innovation.
- You take on your own projects in workplace health management, e.g., organizing training sessions.
- You work closely with the Workplace leadership. You support both operational tasks and actively at the front desk.
Your profile
- Degree: You have a completed degree or vocational training.
- Experience: You have worked in a similar role or project management and ideally gained experience in change management or organizational development.
- Knowledge: You bring experience in public tenders and procurement processes and are interested in modern work concepts and models.
- Working style: You can work in a dynamic environment and manage change processes and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Personality: You maintain an open and appreciative approach and enjoy creating a pleasant working climate and driving change.
- Language: Your very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
