Your Work Area: Product Management
The Product Management department is responsible for the professional (further) development of our applications such as the electronic patient record (ePA), the electronic prescription (ePrescription), or digital communication solutions (KIM/TI Messenger) as well as our technical platform services like access and identities in healthcare. We understand the complex requirements of healthcare and build the bridge to design user-centered, marketable digital solutions for people in healthcare to noticeably improve care quality and efficiency and strengthen patient sovereignty.
Your Tasks
- You support colleagues in coordinating, developing, programming, and evaluating market research assignments.
- Taking (partial) responsibility for your own projects related to user centricity as well as scientific evaluation.
- After an induction phase, you actively approach colleagues and support them in their requirement gathering or evaluation.
- Creating reports and presentations and improving our AI assistant are also part of your responsibilities.
Your Profile
- Degree: You are enrolled as a master's student in a social, health science, or psychology program.
- Experience: You have practical experience in market research or analytical data evaluation – preferably including AI – and some professional experience. You enjoy conducting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Tool and Method Knowledge: You are confident with Office applications and proficient in data processing and evaluation using Excel as well as SPSS or R. AI is not only a companion for you privately but also professionally used. Experience with tools like Unipark, LimeSurvey, or Rogator for questionnaire programming as well as graphic preparation is an advantage.
- Work Style: You work in a structured, analytical, and independent manner.
- Personality: You are a communicative and skilled team player enthusiastic about diverse projects.
- Language: You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
