Your area of work: Solution Management
In the Solution Management area, we combine technical know-how with excellent project management. We provide Product Owners, Product Coordinators, and Project Managers for agile teams to realize innovative solutions for healthcare. This ensures efficient collaboration and sustainable added value in digital medicine. Together we shape the future of modern and networked care.
Your tasks
- You actively support the operational project management and are part of exciting implementation projects.
- Your tasks include creating presentations and reports (e.g. on progress and risks), taking minutes, and managing invitations for workshops. You also take care of setting up and maintaining Confluence areas and managing JIRA tickets.
- You participate in regular coordination meetings and help synchronize content between different teams and departments. At the same time, you are involved in agile routines and ceremonies according to SAFe.
- You provide important support in preparing and following up on workshops – both internally and externally. Creating concepts and FAQs also belongs to your responsibilities.
Your profile
- Degree: You are enrolled full-time in a degree program in economics, social or health sciences, a technical-scientific or another degree program. Humanities degree programs with first theoretical and/or practical experience in project management are explicitly included.
- Experience: Ideally, you have first practical experience in project management support. Agile working methods are not foreign to you, and you are enthusiastic about software development in a broader sense.
- Tool & Method knowledge: Good MS Office skills and a technical affinity are required. Ideally, you have already used JIRA and Confluence or are eager to learn them independently.
- Working style: You have a high-quality standard in your work. You also work in a structured, solution- and user-oriented manner.
- Personality: You have an interest in eHealth topics, enjoy interdisciplinary communication and coordination, and want to actively contribute to a team and learn new things.
- Language: You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written language.
