This includes issuing cards, communication with orderers and internal stakeholders, and maintaining the card inventory in an administrative program.
- You develop the test and check card issuance process continuously in close cooperation with the process managers and ensure a positive ordering experience for our TI participants.
- You support the team in daily tasks, such as answering service requests, contributing to a smooth process in service management.
Your Profile
- You are enrolled in an economics-related degree program.
- Ideally, you have gained initial professional experience in an IT service desk. Prior knowledge in health telematics is advantageous.
- You have very good MS Office skills, and you are familiar with applications like Confluence and Jira.
- Your work style is characterized by a high quality standard, service and user orientation, and you work independently and in a structured manner.
- You bring a high level of motivation, willingness to learn and commitment, and you can communicate appropriately to different target groups.
