We want to make a difference – are you in? We ensure that over 80 million people in Germany can benefit from digital healthcare. You may already know some of our products, such as the e-prescription or the electronic patient record (ePA). Shape the healthcare system of tomorrow with us.
Your work area: Portfolio & Technology Strategy
The "Portfolio & Technology Strategy" team works as a staff unit for gematik's product portfolio, including the electronic patient record, the TI Messenger, or the TI Gateway. As a strategy unit, we ensure the effective alignment of the portfolio in line with digital and corporate strategy. With TI 2.0, we also push the strategic modernization program of the telematics infrastructure, laying new technological and organizational foundations for how gematik operates as a digital agency.
Our team consists of former consultants and technology strategists who want to make a difference.

- Your structured working style is reflected in proactive coordination of goals, milestones, and deadlines within the team; you work solution-oriented, forward-looking, and have a good eye for details as well as a preference for appealing visualizations.
- You value a good team and enjoy working together on results; with your strong communication skills, you approach different stakeholders openly – from technical experts to executives – and are enthusiastic about technology to actively contribute to the further development of the German healthcare system.
