Your Work Area: Product Management
The Product Management department is responsible for the professional (further) development of our applications such as the electronic patient record (ePA), the electronic prescription (ePrescription), or digital communication solutions (KIM/TI-Messenger) as well as our technical platform services such as access and identities in healthcare. We understand the complex requirements of healthcare and serve as a bridge to design user-centered, marketable digital solutions for people in healthcare, to noticeably improve the quality and efficiency of care and strengthen patient sovereignty.
Your Tasks
- You are the central contact for our colleagues and partners when it comes to questions about our user groups. With your open and helpful nature, you ensure smooth information flow.
- You define an approach for onboarding new user groups and identify their needs through interviews, surveys, workshops, and observations. It is important to you to understand the wishes and requirements of users precisely and consider them in product development.
- You help optimally integrate the user group by organizing workshops and lectures at events and fairs. Together with our communication team, you create informational materials, FAQs, and address potential challenges in the integration process.
- With your deep insight into the processes of the user groups, you contribute to ensuring that we know and consider their requirements and working methods.
- You bring the insights gained into our product teams and work closely with product managers. In our Community of Practice, you share your knowledge and promote exchange across team boundaries.
- You maintain communication with relevant stakeholders and facilitate valuable contacts to the target group to build a strong and sustainable relationship.
- You support the implementation and evaluation of pilot projects, for example in the TI model regions, and contribute your expertise to the success of these projects.
Your Profile
- Degree: You have successfully completed studies or training in economics, social sciences, or health sciences.
- Experience: You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field and have experience with actors in healthcare or healthcare self-administration. Ideally, working with various stakeholders, committees, and networks is not new to you.
- Tool & Method Knowledge: You have practical experience in analyzing and developing requirements, concepts, and process models, combining your IT know-how optimally with your business knowledge.
- Working Style: You are very good at organizing and coordinating, have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and communicate appropriately for the audience.
- Personality: You want to shape and advance digitalization in healthcare with conviction, impress with your methodical approach, and have strong professional and presentation skills. You act confidently, independently, and with team spirit.
- Language: You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written language.
