We want to make a difference – are you in? We ensure that over 80 million people in Germany can benefit from digital healthcare. You might already know some of our products, such as the e-prescription or the electronic patient record (ePA). Help us shape the healthcare system of tomorrow.
The Strategy & Standards department focuses on the strategic target pictures and guidelines of gematik with the goal of successfully advancing the digital transformation of the German healthcare system together with partners. The Competence Center for Interoperability (KIG) works with a strong IOP community to bring important standards in healthcare into care. This is to enable stakeholders in healthcare access to data.
Your tasks
- You accompany an eHealth relevant topic along the entire value chain of the KIG (e.g. EHDS): from problem identification through process requirement gathering and possibly specification support to accompanying the associated conformity assessment.
- You review, evaluate, comment on and assess specifications, prepare consensus and conduct it; possibly also participate in commenting procedures.
- You participate in the KKGs (Kuratorium) of the BfArM to monitor developments in terminologies and value lists in healthcare and actively shape them.
- You take over stakeholder management for the Competence Center for Semantics: maintain relationships, identify coordination needs, and communicate requirements both to stakeholders and internally.
- You prepare specification assignments (awards) and accompany them.
Your profile
- Education: You combine medicine and informatics and have a corresponding degree (e.g. medical informatics) as well as relevant professional experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in project and stakeholder management as well as process management. Very good know-how in care processes, ideally focusing on the digital transformation in healthcare.
- Tool & Method Knowledge: Profound experience in dealing with terminologies and value lists (e.g. SNOMED CT, LOINC) as well as FHIR knowledge in the area of terminology resources and IGs.
- Working style: Strategic analyses and the creation of understandable results for demanding target groups are among your strengths. You think conceptually, act result-oriented and communicate appropriately. You combine independent work with active exchange and transparency in the team.
- Personality: You want to make a difference, are implementation-strong and have very good communication and presentation skills. As a team player, you like working together on results, ask questions for better understanding and act confidently with team spirit. Your openness and curiosity help you leave established paths and bring new impulses courageously into the team.
- Language: Your very good German and English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
You do not meet all requirements? No problem, apply anyway! We examine every application individually and look forward to getting to know your unique skills and experiences.
