The Strategy & Standards department focuses on the strategic target images and guidelines of gematik, aiming to successfully further shape the digital transformation of the German healthcare system together with partners. The Competence Center for Interoperability (KIG) team works with a strong IOP community to bring important standards in healthcare to care. This is to enable access to data for stakeholders in healthcare.
Your Tasks
- You accompany an eHealth-relevant topic along the entire value chain of the KIG (e.g. EHDS): from problem identification over process requirement gathering and possibly specification support to accompanying the associated conformity assessment.
- You review, assess, comment on, and estimate specifications, prepare agreements and conduct them; possibly you also participate in commenting procedures.
- You participate in the KKGs (curatorium) of the BfArM to monitor developments in terminologies and value lists in healthcare and actively shape them.
- You take over stakeholder management for the Competence Center for Semantics: maintain relationships, identify coordination needs, and communicate requirements both to stakeholders and internally.
- You prepare specification assignments (awards) and accompany them.
Your Profile
- Education: You combine medicine and computer science and have a corresponding degree (e.g. Medical Informatics) and relevant professional experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in project and stakeholder management as well as process management. Very good know-how in care processes, ideally focusing on digital transformation in healthcare.
- Tool & Method knowledge: Profound experience in dealing with terminologies and value lists (e.g. SNOMED CT, LOINC) as well as FHIR knowledge in the area of terminology resources and IGs.
- Working style: Strategic analyses and creating understandable results for demanding target groups are among your strengths. You think conceptually, act result-oriented, and communicate appropriately. You combine independent work with active exchange and transparency in the team.
- Personality: You want to make a difference, are implementation-strong, and bring very good communication and presentation skills. As a team player, you like working together on results, ask questions for better understanding, and act confidently with team spirit. Your openness and curiosity help you leave established paths and boldly bring new impulses to the team.
- Language: Your very good German and English skills in spoken and written complete your profile.
