Strategy Advisor Digital Health Management

The Strategy & Standards department focuses on the strategic target images and guidelines of gematik with the goal of successfully shaping the digital transformation of the German healthcare system together with partners. The Interoperability Team works with a strong IOP community to bring important standards into healthcare. This is intended to enable stakeholders access to data in the healthcare system.

Your Responsibilities

  • Accompanying and taking responsibility for an eHealth relevant topic through the value stream of KIGs (e.g. EHDS): problem identification, process requirement collection, possibly specification support, accompanying the associated conformity assessment
  • Participation in the KKGs (curatorium) of the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) to follow and shape developments in the area of terminologies and value lists for healthcare
  • Stakeholder management for the Competence Center for Semantics: managing relationships, identifying coordination needs, communicating requirements both externally and internally
  • Review, assessment, evaluation, and commenting on specifications, preparation and conducting of consensus, possibly also participation in commentaries
  • Preparation and support of specification contracts (procurements)

Your Profile

  • Education: You combine medicine and computer science and have a corresponding degree as well as relevant professional experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in project and stakeholder management as well as process management. Very good know-how in care processes, ideally focused on digital transformation in healthcare.
  • Tool & Method knowledge: Solid experience with terminologies and value lists (e.g., SNOMED CT, LOINC) as well as in evaluating key tables. FHIR knowledge and application experience are present.
  • Working style: Strategic analyses and creating understandable results for demanding target groups are among your strengths. You think conceptually, act result-oriented, and communicate appropriately to the audience. You combine independent work with active exchange and transparency in the team.
  • Personality: You want to make a difference, are strong in implementation and bring very good communication and presentation skills. As a team player, you enjoy working together on results, asking questions for better understanding, and acting confidently with team spirit. Your openness and curiosity help you to leave entrenched ways and courageously bring new impulses to the team.
  • Language: Your very good German and English skills in spoken and written round off your profile.
