Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the proactive management of contractors, service partners, and/or product manufacturers and achieve regular optimization of the provided services through appropriate measures.
• You act as the central contact person for operational questions related to the underlying contract, for technically complex inquiries about contractual obligations, especially regarding cost assessment, but also for other legal and commercial questions.
• In the role as a representative of Operations, you work in product management and act as an interface between external service providers and internal gematik areas in all contract-related matters.
• You assess the impact of contract changes, particularly regarding risk identification, and develop practical solutions.

Your Profile

• Degree: You have successfully completed your technical-scientific studies (preferably in computer science).
• Experience: You have demonstrated long-standing expertise in managing external service providers with large and complex IT service deliveries.
• Tool & Method Knowledge: You have experience in the responsibility for the setup and operation of complex IT/telecommunication services using ITIL standards. You can provide certified ITIL knowledge. You have solid IT knowledge, especially in network technologies.
• Work Style: You are reliable, work carefully, structured, and independently.
• Personality: As a team player, you are ready to operate at the micro-management level while maintaining the necessary overview. You excel in escalation management with diplomatic communication, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Language: You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
