The Operations area ensures the stable, available, and secure operation of the telematics infrastructure (TI) for the German healthcare system. Tasks include defining frameworks and requirements for technical components, monitoring services, and coordinating industry partners in case of disruptions. The insights gained feed into the further development of digital products.

You are responsible for the proactive management of contractors, service partners, and/or product manufacturers and achieve regular optimization of provided services through appropriate measures.

You act as the central contact person for operational questions regarding the underlying contract, technically complex inquiries about contractual obligations, especially in terms of cost assessment, as well as other legal and commercial issues.

In the role as a representative of Operations, you work in product management and also act as an interface between external service providers and the internal gematik departments in all contract-relevant questions.

You evaluate the impact of contract changes, especially regarding risk identification and develop practical solutions.

Degree: You have successfully completed your technical-scientific studies (preferably computer science).

Experience: You have long-standing proven knowledge in managing external service providers with large and complex IT service deliveries.

Tool & method knowledge: You have experience in the responsibility for the setup and operation of complex IT/telecommunication services using the ITIL standard. You can prove the necessary ITIL knowledge in certified form. You have profound IT knowledge, especially in network technologies.

Working style: You are reliable, work carefully, structured, and independently.

Personality: As a team player, you are ready to act on a micro-management level and still able to maintain an overview. You excel in escalation management through diplomatic communication, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities.

Language: You have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
