Your Department: Operations
The Operations department ensures the stable, available, and secure operation of the telematics infrastructure (TI) for the German healthcare system. Tasks include defining frameworks and requirements for technical components, monitoring performance, and coordinating industry partners in case of disruptions. Insights are incorporated into the development of digital products.
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the proactive management of contractors, service partners, and/or product manufacturers, achieving regular optimization of the provided services through suitable measures.
- You act as a central contact person for operational questions related to contracts, technically complex inquiries about contractual obligations, especially regarding cost evaluation, and other legal and commercial questions.
- As a representative of Operations, you work in product management and serve as an interface between external service providers and internal departments of gematik in all contract-relevant matters.
- You assess the impact of contract changes, particularly regarding risk identification, and develop practical solutions.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a technical-scientific degree (preferably computer science).
- You have proven experience in managing external service providers with large and complex IT services.
- You have experience in the setup and operation of complex IT/telecommunications services using the ITIL standard and can demonstrate certified ITIL knowledge. You possess solid IT knowledge, especially in network technologies.
- You are reliable, work carefully, structured, and independently.
- You are a team player able to manage microscopical details while maintaining the necessary overview. You excel in escalation management through diplomatic communication, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
- You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
