Your Area of Work: Operations
The Operations department ensures stable, available, and secure operation of the telematics infrastructure (TI) for the German healthcare system. Tasks include defining conditions and requirements for technical components, monitoring services, and coordinating industry partners during disruptions. Insights flow into the further development of digital products.
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the proactive management of contractors, service partners, and/or product manufacturers and achieve regular optimization of the provided services through appropriate measures.
- You act as a central contact person for operational questions regarding the underlying contract, technically complex inquiries related to contractual obligations, especially regarding cost assessment, as well as other legal and commercial issues.
- As a representative of Operations, you work in product management and act as the interface between external service providers and internal gematik departments on all contract-relevant matters.
- You assess the impact of contract changes, particularly focusing on risk identification, and develop practicable solutions.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a technical-scientific degree (preferably in computer science).
- You have long-standing experience in managing external service providers with large and complex IT service contracts.
- You have experience in setting up and operating complex IT/telecommunication services using ITIL standards, with certified ITIL knowledge. You have solid IT skills, especially in network technologies.
- You are reliable, work carefully, structured and independently.
- As a team player, you are ready to act on a micromanagement level while maintaining an overview. In escalation management, you excel with diplomatic communication, strong communication skills, and conflict management.
- You have very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
