Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the detection, initial assessment, and appropriate escalation of security-relevant events in shift work.
• You monitor the telematics infrastructure outside regular working hours, identify disturbances/anomalies, and escalate them in a targeted manner.
• You document incidents and measures precisely and maintain tickets as well as knowledge entries.
• You continuously develop detection and alert use cases, playbooks, and tools together with the CERT.
• You communicate calmly and precisely in handovers and escalations and actively contribute to the establishment of the gematik control center.

Your Profile

• Degree: You have completed a degree in a technical field, undergone a comparable training, or have already made a lateral entry into IT.
• Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in the mentioned field of activity.
• Working style: You are reliable, work carefully, structured, and independently. You are able to quickly grasp technical contexts and dependencies and record a situational assessment on this basis.
• Personality: You are not afraid of challenges and are motivated. In stressful situations, you act calmly and deliberately. Collaboration and sharing knowledge with colleagues is important to you.
• Language: You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
