Your tasks

• You design and manage innovative and convincing technical platform services of the telematics infrastructure together with the team and take over the content control of the Function Unit for Digital Identities and Signatures for service providers and institutions in this context. You are responsible for the communication of your products in the B2B sector and to the interested public.
• You recognize new opportunities and requirements for the development and further development of platform services of the telematics infrastructure taking into account the eIDAS 2.0 regulation including the EUDI wallet and the European Health Data Space. For this purpose, you are in continuous dialogue with our partners, including organizations in healthcare, market participants, sovereign organizations and authorities as well as users, and observe developments in the national and international market environment and in the other product teams of the platform.
• You take up new requirements from users. You create and maintain the roadmap of your products and services in coordination with the Product Owner according to the strategic alignment of gematik and thus ensure a clear direction.
• You establish a network of relevant contacts and subject-matter experts, internally and externally, and involve this network in co-creation in product development, especially in the problem and solution space.
• You work in an agile, cross-functional team within an Agile Release Train (ART) and bring in your experience as a product manager.
• You document the requirements of your users, create Epics and User Stories for the new features of your product and model understandable target processes for medical care.
• You significantly support the organization of trade fairs and gematik forums and represent gematik at various events.

Your profile

• Degree: You have successfully completed studies in economics, social or health sciences or a technical-scientific degree.
• Experience: You have several years of professional experience in a comparable field, ideally in the IT environment and/or healthcare sector. You have experience with actors in healthcare or in healthcare self-administration.
• Tool & Method Knowledge: You have practical experience in analyzing and developing requirements, concepts, and process models and optimally combine your IT know-how with your business knowledge. Design Thinking and Co-Creation are more than buzzwords for you. Ideally, you have experience working with various stakeholders, committees, and networks as well as in-depth knowledge of the German healthcare system.
• Working style: You can organize and coordinate very well, have a pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking ability, and communicate appropriately.
• Personality: You want to shape and advance digitalization in healthcare with strong conviction, convince with your methodical approach, and have good technical and presentation skills. You act confidently, independently, and with team spirit.
• Language: You have very good German and English skills in word and writing.
