Your Work Area: IT
The IT department of gematik drives digital transformation forward, develops products, services, and infrastructures, and forms the technological backbone. It offers a broad portfolio, from digital workplaces to cloud services and works closely with all departments. The goal is a network of autonomous and user-centered teams. The IT makes a significant contribution to the digitization of healthcare and to Germany's digital sovereignty.
Your Tasks
- You monitor, manage, and support our IT systems and processes in shift operations, detect events early, initially handle them yourself, and escalate as needed.
- You analyze and document events in a structured manner and continuously improve performance, availability, and alerting tools together with IT.
- You particularly monitor security-relevant events outside regular working hours, recognize disturbances/anomalies, and perform routine tasks such as monitoring maintenance and ticket processing.
- You communicate calmly and precisely – both in handovers and in escalation and incident cases.
- You help shape the setup and further development of the gematik control center and contribute to a safe, available digital healthcare supply in Germany.
Your Profile
- Degree: You have completed a degree in a technical field or have a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in the mentioned field of activity with a focus on monitoring.
- Work Style: You are reliable, work carefully, structured, and independently. You are able to quickly grasp technical relationships and dependencies and based on this, make a situation assessment.
- Personality: You are not afraid of challenges and motivated. In stressful situations, you act calmly and planfully. Collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues are important to you.
- Language: You have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
