Your Work Area: Operations
The Operations area ensures the stable, available, and secure operation of the Telematics Infrastructure (TI) for the German healthcare system. Tasks include defining framework conditions and requirements for technical components, monitoring services, and coordinating industry partners in case of disruptions. Insights gained feed into the further development of digital products.
Your Tasks

- You further develop the architectural roadmap of the telematics platform by translating operational requirements along the operational strategy into the IT architecture. You steadily increase the maturity of our TI products on the path to rollout by integrating the principles of "operation by design" during product development phases. Developing concepts and specifications is a fundamental task.
- You work in an interdisciplinary team with colleagues from various departments, representing operational aspects.
- You define the future architecture and simplify existing processes, always with an eye on the objectives and strategy of the department and product teams.
- You optimize services in accordance with the operational guidelines and standards of the TI.
