Your Work Area: Operations
The Operations area ensures the stable, available, and secure operation of the Telematics Infrastructure (TI) for the German healthcare system. Tasks include defining framework conditions and requirements for technical components, monitoring services, and coordinating industry partners in case of disruptions. Insights flow into the further development of digital products.
Your Tasks
- You lead a department of 18 operations experts both technically and disciplinarily, who mostly work matrix-organized directly in the product teams of gematik for services and applications (including ePrescription, electronic patient record, infrastructure services).
- You create a common internal team understanding of the connections of all TI services and their impact on healthcare and ensure a stable TI operation through efficient control of all TI service providers.
- You maintain constant communication with product development to incorporate insights and needs from TI operations as product improvements. You know the product roadmap and release cycles and adjust your team's working methods and setup according to these future requirements.
- You strategically develop your department further, combining proven approaches from agile and process-based working methods and mindsets.
Your Profile
- Degree: You have successfully completed your studies, ideally with a technical or scientific focus.
- Experience: You have several years of professional experience in the disciplinary leadership of independent teams.
- Tool & Method Knowledge: You have demonstrably managed and further developed the service management of fully outsourced IT operations and have been commercially and technically responsible for the corresponding contracts.
- Working Style: Your very good analytical and methodological skills distinguish you. You act solution-oriented and with strategic foresight.
- Personality: You are reflective, continuously develop yourself, and lead your team with clarity, calm, and commitment – even in challenging situations you keep an overview. You enable your team to work focused to realize its full potential.
- Language: You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written.
