Your work area: People, Culture & Organisation
As the People Culture & Organisation department, we confidentially advise, accompany, and support our employees and managers. We ensure current and future staffing needs and assist in designing an efficient and effective organizational structure and processes. Our People Business Partners form the bridge between gematik's organizational units and specialists in our area.
Your tasks
- You lead a six-member team of experts in organisational development, business partnering, and internal communication, fostering collaboration, development, and team spirit.
- You develop strategies that strengthen corporate values, leadership culture, and internal exchange, always with a focus on business requirements.
- As an interface between the People department and the business, you ensure that the people strategy is optimally integrated into corporate goals.
- You drive change processes, promote agile work methods, and accompany the further development of structures and processes.
- You are responsible for internal communication to enhance transparency and trust.
- You lead cross-departmental projects, advise managers, take on people business partnering tasks, and develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Your profile
- Degree: You have completed studies in psychology, economics, organizational development, or a comparable field.
- Experience: You bring several years of leadership experience in people partnering, organizational development, or change management. Ideally, you have worked in agency, tech, or startup environments.
- Tool & Method Knowledge: You are experienced in agile methods, change management approaches, coaching, and have a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational psychology.
- Working Style: You work in a structured and solution-oriented way, think innovatively, and adapt flexibly to new challenges.
- Personality: You are open, approachable, and empathetic, while also strategic, decisive, and convincing in your communication.
- Language: You have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
