Your Area of Work: People, Culture & Organisation
As the People, Culture & Organisation area, we trustingly advise, support, and accompany our employees and managers. We ensure current and future skilled labor needs and help design an efficient and effective organizational structure and workflows. Our People Business Partners build bridges between gematik's organizational units and the specialists in our area.
Your Tasks
- You lead a six-member team of experts in Organizational Development, Business Partnering, and Internal Communication, fostering collaboration, development, and team spirit.
- You develop strategies that strengthen corporate values, leadership culture, and internal exchange, always considering business requirements.
- As an interface between the People area and the business, you ensure the People strategy is optimally integrated into corporate goals.
- You drive change processes, promote agile working methods, and accompany the development of structures and processes.
- You are responsible for internal communication to strengthen transparency and trust.
- You lead cross-departmental projects, advise managers, take on People Business Partnering tasks, and develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Your Profile
- You have a degree in Psychology, Economics, Organizational Development, or a comparable field.
- You have several years of leadership experience in People Partnering, Organizational Development, or Change Management. Ideally, you have worked in agency, tech, or startup environments.
- You are proficient in agile methods, change management approaches, coaching, and have a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational psychology.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, think innovatively, and adapt flexibly to new challenges.
- You are open, approachable, empathetic, strategic, decisive, and persuasive in communication.
- You have very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
