Your Department: People, Culture & Organisation
Our People, Culture & Organisation department advises, accompanies, and supports our employees and leaders with trust. We ensure the current and future specialist workforce requirements are met and assist in shaping an efficient and effective organisational structure and processes. Our People Business Partners bridge the gap between gematik's organisational units and our expert team.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a six-person team of experts in Organisational Development, Business Partnering, and Internal Communication, fostering collaboration, development, and team spirit.
- Develop strategies to strengthen corporate values, leadership culture, and internal communication, aligned with business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between the People Department and the business to integrate people strategy optimally with company goals.
- Drive change processes, promote agile working methods, and support the development of structures and processes.
- Own internal communication to enhance transparency and trust.
- Lead cross-departmental projects, advise leadership, perform People Business Partnering tasks, and develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Your Profile
- Degree in Psychology, Economics, Organisational Development, or a comparable field.
- Several years of leadership experience in People Partnering, Organisational Development, or Change Management. Ideally has experience working in agency, tech, or startup environments.
- Proficient in agile methods, change management approaches, coaching, and has a deep understanding of human behavior and organisational psychology.
- Structured and solution-oriented work style, innovative thinking, and flexibility to adapt to new challenges.
- Open, approachable, empathetic personality along with strategic, decisive qualities, and persuasive communication skills.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
