Your Area: People, Culture & Organisation
As the People Culture & Organisation department, we confidentially advise, accompany and support our employees and leaders. We ensure current and future staffing needs and help design an efficient and effective organizational structure and processes. Our People Business Partners form the bridge between gematik's organizational units and our specialists.
Your Tasks
- You lead a six-member team of experts from Organizational Development, Business Partnering, and Internal Communication, fostering collaboration, development, and team spirit.
- You develop strategies that strengthen corporate values, leadership culture, and internal exchange, always considering business requirements.
- As the interface between the People department and the business, you ensure that the people strategy integrates optimally with corporate goals.
- You drive change processes, promote agile working methods, and accompany the development of structures and processes.
- You are responsible for internal communication to enhance transparency and trust.
- You lead cross-departmental projects, advise managers, take on People Business Partnering tasks, and develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Your Profile
- Degree: You have a degree in psychology, economics, organizational development, or a comparable field.
- Experience: You bring several years of leadership experience in People Partnering, organizational development, or change management. Ideally, you have worked in agency, tech, or startup environments.
- Tool & Method Knowledge: You are proficient in agile methods, change management approaches and have sound coaching experience plus a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational psychology.
- Working Style: You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, think innovatively, and adapt flexibly to new challenges.
- Personality: You are open, approachable, empathetic, strategic, decisive, and convincing in communication.
- Language: You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
